Take Care

globe girl This is girl from church, Shannon Collie.

Please have a wonderful and Blessed weekend.

Our pastor sharing his story last year during our 20 year anniversary. This is about their accident when they first came to Charleston area. You get reminded of who your family truly is-God's!

WOW, WHAT AN AWESOME TESTIMONY TO THE PROVISION THAT GOD SHOWED TO HIM AND HIS FAMILY.

Wow....what a testimony. All things work together for good, for those that love God.

Wow! What a blessing! And isn't it tremendous the way God answered prayers and knitted your pastor & his family into the hearts of the community into which they had come to minister! The verse that Cindy quoted above is my life verse, and over and over again, I have seen God do just that -- bring all the things together for good. Thanks for sharing this, Sharon. I just reread this poem tonight that I had read about a year ago on someone's Xanga post -- and then had copied into my files on my harddrive ~ thought I would share it with you, too.

In acceptance lieth peace,
O my heart be still;
Let thy restless worries cease
And accept His will.
Though this test be not thy choice,
It is His—therefore rejoice.

In His plan there cannot be
Aught to make thee sad:
If this is His choice for thee,
Take it and be glad.
Make from it some lovely thing
To the glory of thy King.

Cease from sighs and murmuring,
Sing His loving grace,
This thing means thy furthering
To a wealthy place.
From thy fears He’ll give release,
In acceptance lieth peace.
